"Tibet Overland Tour via Everest Base Camp highlights 1000km ride along Friendship Highway, the Everest Base Camp on the Tibetan side and the major landmarks of Lhasa"

The journey that starts from the Nepalese capital, Kathmandu ends at Lhasa, the capital of Tibet. In between the Tibet Overland Tour traverses through many wonderful towns that fall in 1000km stretch of Friendship Highway. Driving through the thrilling section of the highway known as "Gateway to Hell" the travelers on Tibet Overland Tour with Access Nepal cross pass the Nyalam and enters deeper into Tibet.

As the tour continues to gain elevation and goes more inside Tibet, we drive to world's one of the highest altitude monasteries, Rongbuk 5000m. In the close proximity the Everest Base Camp on the Tibetan side nestles, which is the prime highlight of Tibet Overland Tour via Everest Base Camp. Savor the authenticity of highland monastic culture and feast your eyes with the overwhelming panorama of nature.

The Tibet Overland Tour continues to surprise on its latter half too. As the tour continues, it comes across the second largest town in Tibet, Shigatse, offers an incredible sightseeing tour of Gyantse and also caters the magnificence of Yamdrok Tse Lake from the top of Karo La Pass. Before entering Lhasa the overland drive through Tibet crosses four passes of 5000m+, which in true sense is adventurous enough to call itself "The Ride on the Roof of the World". The final part of Tibet Overland Tour includes the cultural sightseeing tour of most important landmarks of Lhasa.
