"Trek that winds through the beautiful hamlets of Gurkha warriors & cross passes lush vegetation of Annapurna Conservation Area Project to the foothills of stunning Fishtail and majestic Annapurna is Nepal's most popular trekking trail- Annapurna Base Camp Trekking"

The Annapurna Base Camp (ABC) is an elevated glacial basin located in the central Himalayas of Nepal. One of the most frequented trekking trails in Nepal, the Annapurna Base Camp trekking caters the incredible taste of Trekking in the Himalayas. The magical landscape in and around the Annapurna Base Camp is also called "sanctuary" because of its natural serenity, beauty and the divine presence of the Hindu goddesses Annapurna (8,091m) and Gangapurna (7,455m).

Most of the trail you tread during this trek is through the protected region of Annapurna Conservation Area Project (ACAP). The highlight of the trek is not only the rugged beauty of the Himalaya topography but also the rich cultural experience of the Gurung villages and their inhabitants that you meet along the way.

Not an entirely difficult trek, some steep uphill climbing and crossing narrow bridges becomes repetitive though. The maximum altitude you will ascend during trek will be 4,130m. From Annapurna Base Camp, you can enjoy the magical ensemble of the magical mountains like Hiunchuli (6,441m), Annapurna, Gangapurna, and Machhapuchhare (6,993m).
