Amazing trek to Annapurna Base Camp

We did the ABC Trek in November 2019, and it was an amazing experience! We highly recommend Access Nepal Tour & Trekking.

We wanted to trek with a company based in Nepal, and Access Nepal turned out to be a great choice for us. From the initial planning stages to the final farewell dinner in Kathmandu, Rahul (our primary contact) was a great help. Good service, reliable. Rahul answered all of my questions promptly, and always provided detailed and helpful responses. Rahul met us the morning after our arrival in Kathmandu, and ensured we had personal assistance for anything we needed throughout the trip. We wanted to visit Bhaktapur before the trek to ABC, and he made all the arrangements for us. One day we were taking a Tourist Bus between two of the cities on our itinerary, and Rahul even phoned to make sure all was well. When we had our farewell dinner/feedback session he noticed I had a bad cold and cough (and no meds) so he paid our waiter to go out and buy me cough syrup and decongestant lozenges!

The company provides free duffle bags, so we decided to bring our gear in suitcases and transfer everything to the duffle bags once we arrived in Kathmandu. The bags were good quality, and waterproof, so this worked out very well for the trek and we’re glad to have the duffle bags for future trips. Access Nepal also lets you borrow down jackets and sleeping bags, and we took advantage of this offer; again, we were pleased with the quality of the jackets and bags, and just brought along our own silk liners to use in the bags.

The entire trip, including the welcome dinner and city tour in Kathmandu, was well-organized. The hotels provided by Access Nepal in both Kathmandu (Landmark Kathmandu) and Pokhara (Batika Hotel) were very good. And the trek was the experience of a lifetime. Incredible mountains and waterfalls, forests, suspension bridges, interesting villages and people, hot springs, monkeys and more! Plus we had a wonderful guide, NavaRaj Wagle, and porter, Eklal. They were a great team, and lots of fun.

I would highly recommend NavaRaj – anyone would be extremely fortunate to have him as the guide for a trek. He was an excellent guide, always professional, safety-conscious, knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, kind and caring. NavaRaj always provided us with great advice and information on the trek, whether about avoiding high altitude sickness or whatever. We knew we were in good hands and had complete confidence in him. Access Nepal is lucky to have NavaRaj as an employee, and we were very happy to make this trek with NavaRaj and Eklal.

We wanted to spend a few days in Chitwan National Park after the trek to ABC, so Rahul made all the arrangements for that as well.

We spent about three weeks in Nepal, and the staff from Access Nepal did a great job of looking after us from the moment we arrived at the airport in Kathmandu until we departed.If we ever return to this special part of the world for another trek, we will be booking with Access Nepal. And asking for NavaRaj to be our guide!

Trek at Everest Base Camp

Just returning from a Trek at Everest Base Camp with Access Nepal.
The whole organisation was totally amazing starting with the fast replies from Sadhana and her very helpful answer witch gave me trust & confidence to accomplish this experience. This adventure by itself is already something but it was clearly improved by our loyal and proffessional Guide “Kumar” . He will helps you reveal your skills when you most need it and explain you all you need to know while Treking
I highly recommend Access Nepal and will definately use them again for my future Treks

Awesome Everest base camp trip with guide Ganesh

Sadhana (organizer on the ground) is very responsive, professional with great English. Our group was 5 people: two from states, three from New Zealand. We all had a fantastic time. It’s no easy trek, but Ganesh (our guide) was very professional, knowledgeable, and accurate with his advice.

I would highly recommend this company and guide Ganesh.

Amazing trek in an amazing part of the world!

If you’ve ever dreamed of trekking in the Himalayas or reaching Everest base camp then this is the way to go. Access Nepal was great from the start, has a price that is hard to beat and the trip was nearly perfect. My guide, Dipendra was phenomenal and did a great job of leading the way and taking good care of me during the two week journey. The scenery is spectacular and it is truly the trip of a lifetime. Will definitely be back one day and highly recommend to anyone considering making the trip.

ABC trekking

I am normally a solo traveler and would like to organize my trip by myself, but coming for the first time to Nepal I decided to engage AccessNepal to organize trip for me, and I must say I am very happy I did it. Everything was topnotch from the time I landed in Kathmandu to reaching ABC camp and back to the Airport. I had best gide Purush and porters Shubash and Lokesh who made mine trip most enjoyable.
I am definitely coming
back to Nepal!

Gokyo and EBC Trek – October 2018

I booked onto Access Nepal’s Gokyo and EBC trek as a solo traveller and had one of the most amazing times on the tour! We were a very good sized group (3 people) which was a great size and let us walk at a pace that was suited to our needs.

Access Nepal were excellent at sorting out all aspects of the trip – arrival/departure in Kathmandu, transfer to Lukla and the trek itself! Our guide Subodh was excellent. He looked after all our needs while on the trek, with clear instructions on the days walking plan and making sure our accommodation was booked and ready for our arrival and making sure we were fed and hydrated at all times. He seemed to have an infinite supply of biscuits at hand for when we needed a little energy boost!

I can’t recommend the trip enough – it was something that will live with me forever and 15 days of some of the most unforgettable walking ever
