Overall, I had a great experience with the company. The people who work for the company and the guides that were assigned to our trip were very nice — especially Sher Rai!
Ms. Sadhana, the executive travel advisor for our trip, was very responsive to our questions and needs, and she really made an effort to make us all feel welcome and comfortable in Kathmandu. One thing I would like to have different is to have a choice of the type of lodges or tea houses to stay during the trek. I wouldn’t mind paying a little extra to get a more comfortable accommodation which would really matter on this very tough trek. We didn’t have or not made aware of that option.

We had a wonderful trek to EBC organised by Pratap and guided by Jivan. We felt that they were very organised and took great care to look after our safety and wellbeing. It was wonderful to reach Base Camp on a clear day, however, we enjoyed the whole trek up and back.

We were a group of 8-friends that we trekked on April-May 2017. I would like to say Access Nepal Tour & Trekking was a good company to do trekking to the Himalayas. Sadhana was the face of the company, she had good and prompt response all our inquires and situations. Our tour guide (Givan) was an excellent individual to walk to Everest BC. Thanks for all you support and I highly endorse Access Nepal Tour & Trekking.

Completed the three peaks pass with access Nepal. Hiked for 15 days straight. Found a couple of day’s challenging. The challenge made the adventure even more special. Found access Nepal to be a great company. Everything was organised and constant communication between their office and our designated go between. Our guide Subodh was fantastic. Provided plenty information on cultural landmarks along the walk and of Nepal itself. He encouraged us to go at our own pace and was flexible with the path to make some days easier and catch up on other days. We had 3 sherpas Netra, yubaraj and Dipesh. These guys are beasts and well deserve a generous tip. All in all the trip was fantastic and the price for the trip was on the low side compared to other tour companies and they are a local company that rely on word of mouth. Would book them in again when going back to Nepal. David (Australia)

It was already the fourth trip to Nepal and this time my expectations were more than fulfilled. Starting from the fair price of the package and going through the perfect organisation of the whole trip they were the best so far.
They really tried hard to see through the eyes of their clients and always had the little bit of extra that makes the difference.
When the flight to Lukla was late because of fog they organized in 5 minutes an helicopter, no extra charges! – Helicopters flights tend to be more than double in price than by airplane.
In every lodge we had they managed to organize the better rooms, most of the times with private toilet. The ones who traveled already to Nepal know what I mean with that.
The tour guide was knowingly about the geography and local people, really dedicated and available all the time.
We, everybody in the small group, were impressed by the efficiency of the company and their adaptability.

I recently did the Three Passes Trekking with Access on a solo trip!
I had double the support because I was traveling alone, Sadhana accompanied me the entire time, spoke to my guide during the trip to make sure everything was going well, gave me itineraries, set up my itinerary, gave me tips and everything.
I planned for years to take this trip alone, but I don’t regret hiring them for a second. I had problems with the altitude and if it weren’t for my guide Lakpa I would have been in serious trouble.
I HIGHLY recommend and recommend, very good prices (in fact, if you can, hire Nepali agencies instead of Brazilian ones, the country needs our support, apart from the cultural immersion which is incredible)
