"Pedal along the ridge top trails that stretch to exotic hill tops like Nagarkot and Dhulikhel, savor the beauty of Everest from the periphery around Kathmandu, encounter with the old deities in time forgotten temples take a chance to sight wildlife habitat around crowded Kathmandu"

For those new to Kathmandu, the first impression of this urban valley constitutes, among others are an array of temples and monasteries with impressive architecture, the narrow cob-webbed streets with chaotic traffic, and the music playing curio shops in the tourist junctions.

However, take some time to get out of the valley hustle to some less travelled roads, which will take you to places where you will be welcomed by green forests, small villages, paddy fields and majestic view of pristine Himalayan peaks. That is exactly where we take you in our Biking Tour in and around Kathmandu. Pedal with our experienced guide and within some hours you will be cycling along with nature beautified by varying landscapes- home to many village communities and their cultural heritage. You will ride to less known villages away from hordes of tourists and travelers.

There are so many places nearby Kathmandu that rarely see visitors. That does not mean, however, that those places are not beautiful or not worth visiting. In most of the cases it is quite the opposite. Those less travelled periphery villages have a beauty that is not fashioned for regular tourists. They have traditional and cultural elements which are subtle yet fascinating. Those places have temples, shrines, monasteries and shakti peeth that make unique viewing. Our biking tours will take you right in the heart of Kathmandu's beautiful yet less travelled periphery.

The best months for this biking tour are February, March, April, May, June, September, October, November and December.
